Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Responding to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally via various communication channels such as phone, email, or live chat
2. Educating customers about the features, benefits, and usage of products/services offered by the company
3. Assisting customers with order placement, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures
4. Identifying recurring customer issues or concerns and providing feedback to improve products, services, or processes
5. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices to enhance customer interactions
