About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Taking on field tasks such as checking snags and hand over of apartments.
2. Assist in scheduling/coordinating routine maintenance tasks through third party vendors.
3. Capability of supervising third party work in societies.
4. Keep track of maintenance supplies and equipment.
5. Capability of conducting regular safety inspections in common areas/playgrounds etc.
6. Capability of generating MIS/Reports.
7. Assist in addressing and resolving resident complaints related to facility issues in a timely and professional manner.
