Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Technical Support and Community Engagement
a. Serve as the main point of contact for all technical support queries from our creators
b. Participate in and contribute to all relevant WhatsApp groups, fostering a sense of community among our creators
c. Collaborate with creators to understand their goals, challenges, and needs

2. Marketing and Broadcast Facilitation:
a. Provide marketing support to creators, assisting with the creation of graphics and promotional materials
b. Facilitate WATI broadcasting, ensuring creators are equipped with the necessary tools and resources for effective broadcasts

3. Telecalling and Lead Engagement:
a. Conduct outbound calls to potential creators and leads, presenting the value proposition of Cosmofeed
b. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and tailor product offerings accordingly

4. Creator and Lead Identification:
a. Identify and qualify potential creators and business leads through effective research and outreach strategies
b. Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize and categorize leads based on their potential

5. Verification and Product Fulfilment:
a. Verify and update contact information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date details for all leads and creators
b. Implement verification protocols to maintain data integrity and improve lead quality
c. Guide potential creators through the product offerings, providing comprehensive information on features and benefits
d. Collaborate with the fulfilment team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new creators
