About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing various processes to ensure the ongoing accuracy of data for each customer in our application
2. Recording and abstracting lease documents, financial and non-financial terms, and conditions into lease administration software systems.
3. Calculating lease term schedule and stream, commencement dates, expiration dates, renewal/non-renewal deadlines, obligations, and all other lease key dates.
4. Preparing rent and pass-through billing reconciliations.
5. Reviewing and reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable monthly transaction.
6. Communicate with US customers on discrepancies and fixing them.

Other requirements

1. Fresher applications will not be considered. Prior internships as an accounting intern not bookkeeping required. Must have a CA degree.

2. Prior experience in lease accounting is preferred.

3. Working hours will be an afternoon to evening - do keep that in mind.
