Customer Service/Customer Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Strong knowledge of the PMAY ISS scheme
2. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting
3. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction
4. Familiarity with essential documents such as KYC, income proof, caste certificates, etc.
5. Calling customers to gather necessary details for filling out the ISS form
6. Maintaining daily MIS reports and ensuring accurate record-keeping
7. Coordinating with internal departments and following up on pending tasks
8. Filling out online subsidy claim forms and maintaining proper documentation
9. Liaising with the ISS helpdesk to resolve any issues during the claim submission process
