You will work as an operation intern dedicated to handling customer complaints.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Improve response times: Focus on complaints and ensure quicker responses to our customers, enhancing their experience with our company.
2. Enhance the quality of service: Help in meticulously documenting and analyzing complaints, allowing us to identify recurring issues and address them proactively.
3. Support existing staff: Alleviate some of the workloads from our current team, enabling them to focus on other critical tasks and projects.
