Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting secretarial audits, ensuring listed company compliance.
2. Coordinating board and general meetings, preparing necessary documents.
3. Managing Ministry of Corporate Affairs filings and FEMA compliance.
4. Handling corporate litigation and restructuring.
5. Providing comprehensive services in investment agreements, IPR, and taxation compliance.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per write-up).
