About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create and edit engaging wedding-related video reels specifically for Instagram.
2. Capture behind-the-scenes footage, event highlights, and client testimonials.
3. Visit venues, flower markets, and florists to create engaging video content showcasing these vendors, including behind-the-scenes footage and interviews.
4. Stay updated on Instagram trends and algorithm changes to optimize reel performance.
5. Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Requirements:
1. Strong research and organizational skills.
2. Video production and editing skills.
3. Proficiency in iPhone/DSLR video shooting and editing apps (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile apps like InShot and VideoLeap).
4. Strong storytelling skills to create compelling and visually appealing reels.
5. Knowledge of Instagram's video specifications and trends.
6. Creativity and quick adaptation to capture the essence of events in short-form content.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 300 per video).
