Corporate Volunteering/Employee Volunteering Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reach out to corporates (CSR & HR) and get the mandate of planning and executing charity, employee engagement, and volunteering events
2. Promote a strong culture of volunteerism and civic responsibility among employees and citizens
3. Oversee efficient and effective day-to-day operations, volunteer mobilization, Project Implementation, and delivery of the projects
4. Track, analyze data, identify trends, prepare reports, and share with all relevant stakeholders
5. Help identify and implement creative solutions for any problems
6. Maintain partnerships with partner organizations to manage and execute various volunteering opportunities

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

1. Ability to drive outcome-oriented plans through the team s collective effort
2. Good influencing skills, people engagement, relationship building, and listening skills
3. Good written and verbal communication skills English, local language (not mandatory)
4. Good computer knowledge and MS office skills
5. Highly resourceful team player, who is self-driven
6. Forward-looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
