About the internship
Are you a psychologist looking to go beyond traditional academia and make a real impact on society? As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in extending our services by presenting our vision and mission to people across the country. This role combines psychology and content writing, offering you the opportunity to drive mental health awareness.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Brainstorm with the product research team to develop psychology-based solutions
2. Work with the UX research team to enhance the user experience of digital mental health tools
3. Develop engaging educational content on mental health, mindfulness, and wellness
4. Write articles, blogs, and social media posts to promote awareness and brand visibility
5. Create workshop materials, training modules, and digital resources for various audience segments
6. Assist in designing awareness campaigns, podcasts, and webinars to promote mental well-being

Other requirements
1. Hold a degree in psychology (mandatory)
2. Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences
3. Possess strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
4. Showcase strong content creation skills
5. Generate creative ideas for social media marketing and mental health campaigns
6. Exhibit a proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong sense of ownership
7. Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
8. Be willing to travel for planned and impromptu work-related tours (the company covers all travel expenses)
9. Understand the Indian market and consumer psychology (preferred)
10. Have knowledge of sales and marketing strategies (good to have)
11. Possess exposure to the software service industry and market dynamics (good to have)
