Content Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Perform mapping and tagging to structure unstructured information.
2. Compare tenders in the system with source documents to identify and fill in missing fields.
3. Review tender documents to extract relevant information and complete review forms.
4. Search for missing tenders reported by customers or internal teams.
5. Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, demonstrating strong oral and written English skills.
6. Provide excellent customer service.
7. Conduct smart research to find required information using tools like Google.
8. Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements: Gain knowledge in the tenders and government contractors domain to identify bidders, winners, and extract other relevant information from documents such as Tender Notices, AOC (Award of Contract), and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
