1. Assist in researching the internet/books for given topics, and performing content development for social media, speech preparation, presentations, training, and working reports; and in the building thought leadership and strategies
2. Support senior leader(s) for strategy (and innovations) deployment, and for managing business operations, in a most effective, efficient, and flawless manner
3. Assist in maintaining work performance records, for interns/freelancers, while monitoring the work discipline, of self and others
4. Perform customer engagement activities, employ communication skills to increase sales, and ensure customer delight, and may anchor online events
5. Perform other duties e.g. taking dictations, transcribing, documentation preparation (Word/PPT/Excel/graphics), documents management system, events organization, etc.
6. Manage confidential information with the utmost care, with flexibility for providing confidential personal assistance at all times, with high professionalism and role alignment
