About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on compliance of corporate & statutory laws.
2. Work on e-filing and maintaining statutory books.
3. Work on the preparation of the agenda.
4. Handle preparation and maintenance of secretarial records of companies.
5. Work on SEBI & stock listing and securities laws.
6. Take minutes of board meetings and AGMs.
