1. Assist in developing and implementing community engagement strategies
2. Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
3. Help organize and promote events and activities for community members
4. Collaborate with team members to analyze data and track community engagement metrics
5. Plan and execute effective resource management strategies
6. Develop a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and diligently enforce its implementation to ensure adherence and effectiveness in operational processes
7. Act as a brand ambassador for Clusters Connect, representing our values and mission to community members
