1. Education: M.Sc in Chemistry (Specialization in Synthetic Chemistry).
2. Passion for developing and synthesizing new biomaterials and sustainable alternatives.
3. Strong research skills with experience in literature reviews.
4. Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques and experimental procedures.
5. Ability to collect, analyze, and report data effectively.
6. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
7. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
8. Strong understanding of chemical synthesis, particularly in biomaterials and alternative materials.
9. Hands-on experience with chemical reactions, material characterization, and analytical techniques.
10. Familiarity with biomaterials, polymers, and sustainable material development.
11. Ability to analyze experimental data, interpret results, and optimize formulations.
12. Strong ability to review scientific literature and apply findings to experimental work.
