Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engaging in chat conversations with customers and providing timely and accurate responses to their questions, concerns, or requests for assistance
2. Familiarizing oneself with the company's offerings and being able to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and usage information to customers
3. Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in a systematic manner for future reference and analysis
4. Identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers, based on their needs and preferences, and effectively conveying the value propositions
5. Collaborating with team members & maintaining customer satisfaction
