Centre Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Promote and sell memberships to potential new clients through walk-ins and trials
2. Achieve targets by driving conversion and upselling
3. Maintain records of every interaction with new users and enter details into internal tools
4. Manage the center experience and implement incremental enhancements
5. Ensure timely opening and closing of the center
6. Manage inventory of essentials, supplies, and equipment, including stocking and re-ordering
7. Manage classes and workouts, ensuring the punctuality of trainers and classes
8. Handle issues related to attendance, equipment, and space availability
9. Interact with walk-ins and prospective clients to improve member attendance
10. Take feedback from members and partners about classes and document it
11. Handle issues that may affect consumer experience during or after class
12. Conduct daily audits of the center and facility, including all supplies and essentials
