Business Strategy Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Product & Market Research:

1. Research different products/companies in the faith teach space
2. Research potential market opportunities in Faithtech
3. Conduct market surveys with users to garner initial feedback from the early users
4. Build product analytics dashboards to measure and analyze user engagement
5. Provide inputs to PRDs by researching similar products
6. Write PRDs for small features

Marketing:

1. Set up and Manage digital campaigns on YT, IG, FB, and Google
2. Conduct user interviews surveys with users to garner initial feedback from the early users

Operations and Business:

1. Customer Care: Build workflows for CS and be the first point of contact for the customers. Funnel the feedback to the product team
2. Catalog: Be hands-on and understand the overall catalog for Dharmayana. Build a highly effective and efficient catalog team in the long run.
3. Supply & Service: Dharmayana has launched paid microservices and is looking to expand this further. Conduct market research and decide the pricing of services. Evaluate the existing service providers in the market. Build high-quality religious service providers by setting up quality metrics.
