About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate leads through cold calling and visits
2. Call existing and potential customers to inform, persuade, and sell company products and services
3. Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business
4. Accurately record customer purchase details and process orders
5. Acquire in-depth product knowledge to improve performance
6. Direct customer inquiries/complaints to appropriate departments and ensure resolution
7. Conduct field visits as needed
8. Manage client interactions effectively
