About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making outbound calls to leads provided by the company to introduce our services.
2. Explaining credit repair solutions clearly and effectively to potential clients.
3. Assisting leads from diverse regions in English, Hindi, and Telugu/Kannada/Tamil to cater to multilingual audiences.
4. Scheduling consultations with senior team members for qualified leads.
5. Maintaining accurate and organized records of call outcomes in the CRM system.
6. Following up with leads.

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language (Telugu/Kannada/Tamil).

2. Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in speaking with clients.

3. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools (training will be

provided).

4. Positive, proactive attitude and attention to detail.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 200 per lead converted).
