About the internship

We are seeking a dynamic and driven intern to support our sales and marketing efforts in the managed office space industry. This internship offers a hands-on experience, involving market research, lead generation, and active sales and marketing engagements. The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to identify opportunities, create strategies, and drive measurable outcomes.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Market research: Conduct micro-market analysis, competitor evaluation, and industry mapping to identify potential opportunities and market gaps.
2. Database management: Build and maintain a detailed database of target clients across industries like BPOs, Banking, Fintech, E-commerce, and more.
3. Lead generation & outreach: Initiate cold calls, email campaigns, and schedule meetings with potential clients and corporate accounts.
4. Channel partner development: Expand the channel partner network across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities to broaden market reach.
5. Marketing support: Assist in LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp campaigns; create content such as blogs and posts, and analyze campaign performance.
6. Sales support: Follow up with leads, drive conversions, identify upselling opportunities, and contribute to revenue generation.
7. Data analysis & reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze lead conversions, and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
