This is a A Hybrid working environment includes work from home for 3 months initially and then work from office in Kolkata.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
2. Brainstorming with the business development team to create a new project and sales strategy
3. Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
4. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
5. Work on targets and under pressure as this is a hardcore sales profile
6. Calling and counseling students throughout the day
7. Maintaining short-and long-term business development plans
8. Closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
Additional Information:
1. Clock in 3hr talk-time per day
2. Should be flexible to work additional days and hours

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2500 per 3 extra sales).
