Requirements:
1. MSc. Bioinformatics/Biotech/Micro/Genetics with relevant experience or fresher
2. Understanding of the genomics diagnostic industry
3. Background in clinical genomics/genetics
4. Candidates should know databases but may also be involved in determining best practices for working with that data.
5. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of molecular biology, genomics, nutrigenomics, and pharmacogenomics
6. Should know the application of disease, nutrigenomics, and anatomic and molecular pathology (AMP), American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO)
7. Should be aware of guidelines like ACMG, CPIC, DPWG, CPNDS, and RNPGx
8. Basic bioinformatics skills are required
9. Should be detail-oriented, diligent with data curation, motivated team player, and have an understanding of the genomics diagnostic industry
