AUDITING, TAXATION, ACCOUNTING Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in conducting audits and preparing financial statements for clients, ensuring all accounting principles and statutory regulations are met
2. Collaborate with the team to analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions for improving financial performance
3. Support in the preparation and filing of tax returns, including GST and TDS, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
4. Provide representation services to clients during tax assessments, appeals, and other related matters, effectively communicating and negotiating on their behalf
5. Assist in ROC matters, including the maintenance of statutory registers, filing of annual returns, and compliance with company law requirements
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, ensuring efficient data management and retrieval using MS Office tools
7. Continuously update knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and regulatory changes to ensure accurate advice and compliance for clients
