About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Survey form design: Support the M&E lead in the study design by going through the modules and identifying key questions. Engage in reviews with the field team to sharpen the study design
2. Digitization: Digitize the finalized Word document of the study into survey form on Kobo toolbox
3. Data monitoring: Set up a data monitoring template in Google Sheets to monitor the quality of live data being collected on-ground
4. Field intern management: Engage regularly with the data collection interns on-ground to incorporate feedback, address challenges, and monitor data quality
5. Perform any additional tasks based on the ad-hoc requirements of the team

Other requirements
1. Exhibit strong communication skills, as this role will require engagement with program teams.
2. Demonstrate an organized approach in executing work items and managing tasks.
3. Be open to traveling to program locations, such as Bikaner, if necessary.
4. Possess proficiency in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
5. Experience with designing or using survey tools is advantageous.
6. Show proficiency in English and Hindi.
7. Prefer a background in research, as the role involves designing, deploying, and monitoring studies end-to-end.
8. Have knowledge of survey tools, especially Kobo Toolbox.
