Assistant Property Management Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Inspect various properties and identify all repairing works to be done in that property and prepare & provide the cost estimation to fix for the same
2. Get the repair works fixed thru the labor force on time
3. Oversee residential/commercial plot maintenance works supervising
4. Identifying the right place to procure quality materials, negotiating prices, warranty & guarantee, and managing logistics and documenting
5. Managing the labor team and getting the job done to the team on time

Who can apply:

1. Qualification - Diploma/Bachelor in Civil Engineering
2. Good and clear communication skills
3. Language skills - Tamil, English & knowing Hindi/any other language is an advantage
4. Valid driving license + having own two wheeler
5. Well-versed in construction concepts
6. Knowledge of property inspection, estimation, and maintenance concepts
