Administrative Executive Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls for parent inquiries.
2. Nurture and follow up with leads.
3. Maintain a lead database (new, follow-up, converted).
4. Follow up with parents on pending enrollments.
5. Schedule school tours and appointments.
6. Address queries related to admissions, fees, policies.
7. Maintain student admission and attendance records.
8. Collect and manage admission documents.
9. Assist with fee management and communication.
10. Schedule parent-teacher meetings.
11. Support event coordination (school events, trips).
12. Provide reports on lead status and conversions.
13. Gather parent feedback post-enrollment.
14. Manage reception and walk-in visitors.
15. Oversee inventory for office and classroom supplies.
