Administration Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate and manage admin service requests and complaints.
2. Handle Amazon PO processing.
3. Manage relationships with local vendors.
4. Liaise with meal vendors and hub managers.
5. Supervise and support ground staff.
6. Maintain a record of employee asset distribution.
7. Conduct follow-up calls with vendors to address concerns.
8. Address and resolve administrative issues or conflicts at the first level.
9. Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
10. Organize and maintain files, records, and documents related to administration.
11. OFT Implementation follow-up in all the cities.
12. Facilitate in Coordinate with multiple vendors and teams simultaneously, including Super Print, Shree IT, 16-18 warehouse owners, meal vendors, the Inext team, Daalchini team, Movers team, Porter team, Airtel, Spectra, Zio, Vodafone, new Warehouse onboarding, New Vendor Onboarding and regular vendors (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.).
