Accounting & Bookkeeping Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by posting transactions and reconciling accounts
2. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections
3. Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
4. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and budgets
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations
6. Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy
7. Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support as required
8. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve discrepancies
9. Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
