Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting students in managing their academic goals
2. Answering questions related to admissions and other academic services
3. Facilitating student retention initiatives
4. Offering meaningful advice to enhance students' academic progress
5. Developing data-driven reports and other documents for the counseling team
6. Utilizing resources to improve assistance to students
7. Researching and identifying potential opportunities for students
8. Creating and delivering presentations at events on academic topics
9. Following up with the leads

Required:

1. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to effectively manage multiple tasks, and have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
