3D Animator Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. 3D Animation:
- Rigging and skinning characters with industry-standard techniques.
- Creating high-quality animations using keyframe techniques and motion capture data to animate characters, creatures, and environmental objects.
2. Asset Creation:
- Rigging characters and creating benchmark animations with a strong sense of physics and realistic movements.
- Producing high-quality character animations while meeting deadlines.
3. Workflow Enhancement and Technology Adaptation:
- Improving animation workflows, troubleshooting production issues, iterating as needed, and adopting software upgrades to stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
4. Technical Requirement:
- Adapting to technical and engine requirements. Knowledge of film and animation genres and the ability to create within their styles is valuable.
5. Collaboration and Reference Gathering:
- Liaising with animators, directors, and working with concepts or video references to understand project requirements.
6. Storyboard Transformation:
- Transforming storyboards into fully animated sequences, bringing concepts to life.
7. Asset Management and Documentation:
- Organizing and version-controlling files, managing asset libraries, and creating clear documentation to support team efficiency.
