About Tony Jeffries

I'm Tony Jeffries, a former professional boxer and Olympic bronze medalist. I had the honor of representing Great Britain at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, where I brought home a bronze in the light-heavyweight division. My professional boxing career was cut short due to hand injuries, but that didn't stop my passion for the sport. After retiring, I co-founded Box 'N Burn, a chain of boxing and fitness gyms in Los Angeles. At Box 'N Burn, we've created a unique training environment that combines the best of boxing and fitness, attracting everyone from beginners to celebrities. I also spend a lot of time sharing my knowledge and experiences on social media, offering boxing tips, fitness advice, and insights into the world of boxing.
