About The Wings Of Desire

The Wings of Desire is the first student-focused NGO in India. Launched on the 29th of November, 2014, at The University Convention Centre at AMU, Aligarh, it was inaugurated by Mrs. Salma Hamid Ansari (the better half of The Vice President of India). In addition to helping the underprivileged, the organization also engages in eco-friendly activities, helps the homeless, cares for orphans, and helps youngsters skill up. Its primary focus is on fostering pupils' overall growth. The principal goals of this group are related to student development and include education, counseling, and other forms of educational support. Further, the impoverished, the orphaned, the helpless, and the elderly are empowered to become economically independent through the establishment of various beneficiary-oriented, village-oriented companies. We help bridge the gap between corporate and students by providing them with learning opportunities to skill up free of cost.
