TTLP challenges the prevailing narrative around leadership that we see around us. In our combined experience of almost 50 years in the industry, we have had numerous encounters with flawed leadership, which left a lasting impact on us. It wasn't the big decisions or events that caught our attention, but rather the everyday actions of leaders that weighed heavily on our minds. Recognizing this, we're determined to shift the focus from momentous occasions to the daily practices of leadership. Our aim is to delve into what it truly means for leaders to consistently show up through the crests and troughs each day for their organizations.
