I am a practicing advocate for the last many years empaneled with many banks and organizations. I have been practicing since 2007 in the civil as well as criminal side. I am associated with many developers which are carrying on the construction of mega projects having more than 1000 flats in each project. I prepare all documents, such as development agreements, power of attorney, conveyance deeds, supplementary deeds, etc., for the builders. I help the builders clear the title of the property to be acquired. I help the builder in rera matters and guide them from time to time about the changes in the formats and amendments if any.
