About Abhishek Jain

I am an IIT IIM graduate with 10 years of experience in diverse industries looking to start my venture in the Talent Acquisition Industry. My biggest goal is to help executive candidates land interviews by achieving a consistently higher interview-to-application ratio. I am going to do that by following a process of consistently taking the right steps for a large volume of applications, which usually a candidate is unable to do because of a lack of bandwidth or because of application fatigue. In a nutshell, this service can be termed as "Application Outsourcing". I already have experience in building a successful startup and being part of the management team of a high-growth startup. I have a strong network of IIT and IIM alumni and I have experience working in large MNCs and I bring corporate business and operational acumen.
