Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize your strong PHP experience to write plugins and themes from scratch, rather than relying solely on ready-made themes
2. Demonstrate a strong command of JavaScript
3. Manage project workflow effectively and provide daily updates on work progress to ensure timely completion
4. Collaborate with the team, utilizing excellent communication skills, to coordinate tasks and achieve project goals
5. Showcase your problem-solving and analytical skills to address technical challenges and implement effective solutions
6. Work with MySQL/PhpMyAdmin and Git to manage databases and version control effectively
7. Ensure the production of high-quality, bug-free work, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail
8. Demonstrate a proactive attitude and bring innovative ideas to the table to enhance website performance and user experience
9. Experience with SEO and digital marketing is a plus
