1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory
2. Identify and prioritize target accounts and key decision-makers within healthcare facilities
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical devices
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to support customer needs and drive sales growth
6. Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
7. Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 2-7 years of experience
2. Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and colleagues
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zoho)
6. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
