Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales of WhatsApp business API solutions to meet and exceed targets.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the B2B segment, especially focusing on enterprises needing customer engagement solutions.
3. Educate potential clients on WhatsApp API features, benefits, and use cases for enhanced communication.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and customer service.
5. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and address client-specific needs.
6. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential prospects.
7. Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
8. Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies.
9. Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and identify upselling opportunities.

Other requirements

1. Educational background: MBA, B.Tech, or BCA graduates are preferred. However, candidates from other fields are welcome if they possess strong communication skills and the ability to engage clients effectively.

2. Technical knowledge: Familiarity with APIs and digital communication tools is a plus, enabling candidates to understand and explain technical products confidently.

3. Sales aptitude: Candidates with a knack for building client relationships, demonstrating product value, and onboarding customers are highly valued, regardless of technical background.

4. Confidence and communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to pitch products and deliver presentations, are essential for success in this role.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 4 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year
