About the job

We seek a creative and strategic 'Social Media Specialist' to manage our Instagram and Facebook platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in content research, creation, community management, and influencer outreach, with a strong preference for those with healthcare or wellness industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Content Research
1. Stay up-to-date with healthcare trends, social media best practices, and audience preferences.
2. Research relevant industry topics to create engaging, informative, and accurate content.

II. Content Creation
1. Develop visually appealing, high-quality posts for Instagram and Facebook, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals.
2. Write compelling copy, and collaborate with the design team for graphics and video content.
3. Maintain a consistent posting schedule across both platforms.

III. Influencer Outreach & Campaign Execution
1. Identify and engage with influencers, healthcare professionals, and relevant communities to build brand partnerships.
2. Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new products, services, and initiatives.

IV. Community Management
1. Monitor social media channels, and respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
2. Foster a positive and supportive online community, creating meaningful engagement with our audience.
3. Address any concerns or feedback professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.

V. Reporting:
1. Track and analyze key social media metrics such as engagement, follower growth, and campaign performance.
2. Generate weekly/monthly reports to provide insights and recommendations for content and strategy improvement.
3. Utilize analytics tools to measure ROI and optimize ongoing campaigns.

Experience: 1-3 years
Preferred Industry Experience: Healthcare, wellness or related fields

3. Experience in managing influencer campaigns and partnerships.

4. Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics to optimize content performance.

5. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
