You will be working closely and directly reporting to our founder, Anousha Chauhan. You will get first-hand experience working with the inside functioning of a fast-growing beauty start-up.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create content, engage with followers, and adapt strategies
2. Ideate content ideas, including scripting of videos, ads, reels, brand marketing videos, and product videos
3. Creating and editing reels/videos for influencers (user-generated content) and (employee-generated content), and being in sync with the latest trends on Instagram and YouTube
4. Manage and cultivate a community of beauty/lifestyle/fashion influencers, make-up artists, etc.
5. Actively participate in influencer events, beauty brunches, and PR activations with who s who of the beauty industry
6. Work closely with the social media and design teams
Note: We will have a house photography/videography studio, ideating for shoots along with photographers and a brand manager.
