Position Overview:
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, specifically focused on the healthcare and wellness industries.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Social media strategy & campaign development
1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for multiple platforms.
2. Align social media efforts with broader marketing goals, including product launches and campaigns.
3. Plan, execute, and measure the success of social media campaigns.
II. Content & visual strategy
1. Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with marketing initiatives and business goals.
2. Collaborate with design teams to produce engaging, platform-specific content (posts, images, videos).
3. Experiment with new formats like Stories, Reels, polls, and interactive posts to boost engagement.
III. Ads & lead generation
1. Manage paid social media campaigns, optimizing for lead generation and customer acquisition.
2. Continuously track and analyze the performance of paid efforts to maximize ROI.
IV. Social listening & competitor analysis
1. Use social listening tools to monitor conversations around the brand and competitors, identifying opportunities and insights.
2. Regularly audit competitor social media activities to inform your strategy and identify gaps or new opportunities.
V. User Engagement & UGC Strategy
1. Develop and implement strategies to encourage user-generated content (UGC) to build a stronger community.
2. Incorporate UGC into the content calendar to enhance authenticity and customer trust.
VI. Cross-channel collaboration
1. Work closely with other marketing teams (email, SEO, paid media) to ensure consistent brand messaging and presence.
2. Integrate social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
VII. Public relations & crisis management
1. Develop and implement a social media crisis management plan.
2. Collaborate with PR teams to manage communication during crises or product launches, and train team members on protocols.
VIII. Analytics & Reporting
1. Use analytics tools to track key performance metrics (e.g., engagement, follower growth, lead conversion, and ad performance).
2. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to optimize strategies.
