Social Media Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and optimize social media strategies and operations across all platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) that align with brand messaging and goals; awareness of YouTube and Pinterest is a plus
2. Schedule posts, videos, reels, and stories on clients' social media platforms
3. Manage and monitor both the company's and clients' social media accounts, track performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improving engagement and reach
4. Develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions in alignment with marketing strategies
5. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices for social media marketing, providing recommendations for enhancing social media strategy
6. Utilize social media management tools, such as Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social, to schedule, publish, monitor engagement, and track metrics
7. Leverage Instagram tools, features, and analytics to optimize brand engagement, as Instagram is highly relevant for brands
8. Identify, manage, and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and build credibility
9. Support client relationships by preparing pitches, decks, and responding to client queries and needs
10. Participate in client shoots and project planning to drive client brand engagement metrics
11. Suggest innovative ideas to drive client marketing ROI by leveraging key social media trends
12. Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage client deliverables

Requirements:

1. Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
2. Possess hands-on experience in content management
3. Exhibit strong copywriting skills and creative content development for text, images, and video
4. Showcase analytical, reporting, and multitasking skills
5. Display strong people and relationship management abilities
