At Dreams International, we are dedicated to enhancing our clients' online visibility and driving their digital success through innovative SEO strategies. We are looking for a skilled SEO Executive to join our team. This full-time on-site position offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities to work on exciting projects with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to client websites.
2. Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
3. Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to align with SEO best practices.
4. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
5. Manage and execute off-page SEO activities, including link-building and outreach campaigns.
6. Create and present SEO reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
7. Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.
8. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
9. Assist in the development of content strategies that support SEO goals and improve user engagement.
Location: Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per month (Based on performance and experience)
Shift: Day-Time. [10 AM to 7 PM, Monday TO Saturday]
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, strategies, and best practices.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
- Familiarity with HTML and web design principles is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress is advantageous.
- Knowledge of local SEO and eCommerce SEO practices is a plus.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is beneficial.
