1. A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
2. A strong understanding of WordPress core, including functions and hooks
3. Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience
4. Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
5. Experience working with WordPress APIs and third-party integrations
6. Familiarity with front-end development frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
7. A solid understanding of responsive web design principles
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
10. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
11. Experience with version control systems such as Git (preferred)
Nice to Have:
1. Experience with other content management systems (CMS) such as Drupal or Joomla
2. Knowledge of web security best practices
3. Experience with performance optimization techniques
4. Familiarity with agile development methodologies
