Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
* Identify and engage with top talent through various channels
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and suitability
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
* Generate daily lineups
* Willing to work as an individual contributor and achieve the target
* Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
Work Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Weekly Offs : Sunday + 2nd and 4th Saturdays
