Senior Graphic Designer Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ideating and designing the creatives as per the brief along with your team.
2. Working with the account manager and content strategist, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production, and timescales.
3. Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size.
4. Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
5. Preparing key visuals for all content platforms
6. Mentor a team of young Graphic Designers and help them understand visual aesthetics and visual communication for a brand.
7. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements, if required.

Requirements:-

1. We want a creative & smart Senior Graphic Designer with an experience of 2-3 year/s,
2. Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead by example.
3. Must excel in Photoshop and Illustrator and also have an understanding of After Effects.
4. Strong portfolio demonstrating work in graphic design.
5. Strong knowledge of packaging, print and logo designs, and mock-ups.
6. Exposure to creating basic animation using After Effects.
7. Excellent eye for detail, brand guidelines, and awareness of current design trends.
8. Managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications:-

1. Graphics and Graphic Design skills
2. Logo Design and Branding experience
3. Typography expertise
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
5. Attention to detail and creativity in design
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
8. Knowledge of printing processes and web design is a plus
