1. Responsible primarily for driving the mandate through research support to the team.
2. Understand the mandate through discussion with the associate/partner.
3. Conduct secondary research on the industry, specific companies within the industry and search for candidates, and profile them. In this, they will use a variety of tools like internal databases, LinkedIn, Naukri, deep web search, etc.
4. Maintain the internal database and call potential candidates for the mandate.
5. Work with the team to ensure adequate support till mandate closure.
