1. Maintaining CRM data daily
2. Developing quotes and proposals for prospective customers
3. Helping potential customers choose the right product for their requirements & budget
4. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of client's/customers' interest
5. Following up with potential customers over calls/emails promptly during business hours
6. Preparing and maintaining a record of order information, sending emails for order confirmation
7. Sharing order information with the manufacturing team
8. Staying updated with industry trends and competitors' sales strategies
9. Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objections
10. Developing and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
11. Sharing clients'/customers' feedback with management to ensure that our products and services consistently exceed expectations
12. Supporting the team with other responsibilities as required
