UI/UX Designer Manager (Night Shift) Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions
2. Collaborate closely internal team to understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives
3. Translate user research, insights, and feedback into actionable design solutions that enhance the overall user experience
4. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints
5. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve upon design solutions
6. Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices within the organization, fostering a culture of design thinking and innovation
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design to continually improve our design processes and methodologies
8. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design work
9. Use design software to create high-quality, original designs that are both creative and technically sound

Skills & requirements:

1. Capable of handling a team of 10-15 designers
2. Experienced enough to understand & explain the brief to junior designers
3. Possess in-depth knowledge of graphic designing
